‘Parampara’ is the resonance of thoughts over time through the binding belongingness. It requires a time to establish, space to act, and causation of thought process. The richness of the scientific and philosophic thought process will enlighten the future of technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. Established in 2011, TEL lab is the brainchild of Dr. Bhaskar Bhowmick, Faculty of Rajendra Mishra School of Engineering Entrepreneurship, IIT Kharagpur and his Co-Creators Students. TEL Group’s research interest indicates the multidisciplinary approach in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Techno-Management. The group has developed expertise in innovation ecosystem, firm & environment relationships, dynamic capabilities of firms, Technology and innovation, leadership, and sustainability. TEL Lab is also active in extending its new research areas of identifying models for predicting the future of innovation & technology by identifying lead users in a specific sector and trends in domain research & development with applications. Tel lab is collaborating with several start-ups to help them in their journey and is also trying to bridge the gap between industry and academia.
