ABOUT COURSE
Managing a corporate business house or unit in Multinational Company has got fundamentally different than to create, develop and lead a new start up business. Thus defining and teaching Leadership in new ventures especially at the cutting edge of technology development, and sustaining in a world of dynamic developments, should be looked into with new perspective… looking inwards “Exploring Me”. This course is built on three parameters (Light) for an effective leadership- ‘Clarity of thought’, ‘Truthfulness’, and ‘Caring & Sharing’.
Students will learn to create, establish, and reinforce techno-entrepreneurial rules of engagement designed to increase understanding uncertainties, technological discontinuities, and communication effectiveness to get the most out the current human dynamic in their respective techno-environmental inputs. Understanding these, leadership models allow students to reflect on their own style in today’s technologically and culturally changing environment.

ABOUT COURSE
Importance of Innovation as a differentiator in growth venture with underlying opportunities and Strategic Management for entire life cycle of growth ventures to be discussed in detail. The understanding of organizational & institutional aspects of growth ventures, developing and leveraging capabilities, stages & process needed to be understood with real time examples. Product manufacturing & its marketing of services, measuring & rewarding performance of high-growth firms, with analysis of financial statements are required for startups and grown firm managers. Understanding of change management aspects of Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurial Leadership, with Employee/Labor Relations are important dimensions for understanding in managing growing firms.
